According to the calendar it’s officially Spring but here in The Mitten mother nature hasn’t quite gotten there yet. As such I have to resist the urge to put away all my sweaters and pull out my espadrilles and sandals. It’s not an easy thing to marry Winter and Spring together. No two seasons could be more opposite so that poses quite the clothing conundrum. One of my go-to strategies is layering. This military-inspired vest is the perfect item to add to your closet right about now. Not only does this layer add some extra warmth and interest but it’s also on-trend for Spring. I also love that this particular one from the Who What Wear Collection for Target is a cotton/linen blend which makes it 3 season appropriate. Fair warning, this will be showing up again and again over the coming months as it’s great over this sweater for now and with a t-shirt and jeans for warmer weather to come.
