This month has been crazy busy so I’m dreadfully delinquent on my posts here! For that I am sorry however when you hear what I’ve been working on I hope you’ll forgive me ;). The past few weeks we’ve been in Spain! We took a ton of great photos there and I am hard at work putting them together for some super special posts in the coming weeks!
That said, here is some sparkle for your Spring. It is a widely held belief by many people that sequins require a special occasion. I am here to debunk that myth and show you one way to wear sequins as part of your everyday look. The trick is to counter the sequins with more casual items. Here I’ve gone to the opposite end of the spectrum and paired them with destroyed denim. The blazer is a nice light cotton that goes well with the effortless vibe. It also adds interest with the stripe which is a nod to the big print-mixing trend. Add a minimalist sandal and voilá – sequins on a Wednesday!
