On our last day in Barcelona we walked over to Olympic Stadium which is at the top of this hill that overlooks the city. To get to these stairs we already had climbed several stairs and gone up an escalator. We still weren’t at the top. All that walking and climbing was rewarded with this beautiful tiling and fountains and a scenic view of the city. And I did it all in these platforms. You never really know how much you’re going to end up walking when you travel so these were a nice alternative to tennis shoes. I love the menswear meets modern twist on these oxfords – and I always like a little height ;).
